How do I clean up my Keystone camper with Wade Maid products?

I recently purchased this Keystone camper. I had to get a new awning. I live in South Louisiana. It has a film of dirt and, i guess, mildew from the weather, how and what should I use to clean and keep it clean ?

Wade replies. 

You have a acrylic better known as a vinyl awning.  The best way to clean it is with Beast Wash and some bleach like we do in our video.  However, on the outside wrap I would use the Beast Wash full strength.  You do this by pouring the Beast Wash on a damp towel and wiping it on the awning wrap until clean. After you have the awning clean just rinse the excess soap off your awning with a hose.
