Wade Weiss, President of Duratain Inc., Awarded the MHRV Show Association’s 2025 Person of the Year
Duratain Inc. is proud to announce that it’s President and Chief Formulator, Wade Weiss, has been awarded the MHRV Show Association’s 2025 Person of the Year.
Since 1966, the MHRV Show Association has promoted the RV industry and educated the public while producing the premier RV shows in the Pacific Northwest. These events connect manufacturers, dealerships, and owners; showcase new models; and bring essential education to first-time buyers and seasoned travelers alike. The association’s commitment to quality and consumer education has made it a cornerstone of the regional RV community for nearly six decades.
The Board selected Wade for his contributions to philanthropy and for advancing new show concepts that elevate the attendee experience. His approach mirrors how Duratain builds products: listen to the community, innovate with purpose, and deliver consistent, measurable results.
“I’m honored to be selected as Man of the Year and look forward to many upcoming show seasons,” said Weiss. “The Pacific Northwest RV community sets the standard for education, hospitality, and innovation—and it’s a privilege to contribute.”
For more than 37 years, Duratain has been the longest-running RV protection program in the industry—trusted by leading dealerships and thousands of owners across the Northwest, Mid-Atlantic, and South-Atlantic regions. Through the Wade Maid product line, we offer premium RV cleaning and maintenance solutions scientifically formulated for each surface type, helping owners preserve, protect, and extend the life of their investment.
Wade’s Person of the Year recognition honors not only his contributions to the MHRV Show Association, but also the broader mission their family-owned company champions every day: protect the investment, extend the life, and elevate the ownership experience of every RV we touch.
We’re grateful to the MHRV Show Association for its decades of leadership and to the RV owners, dealers, and partners who make these events the best in the Pacific Northwest. We look forward to many successful show seasons ahead and to continuing the shared work of education, innovation, and service.
